Frequently asked questions
Can I register as an independent courier or do I need to have a company?
Both! Dokkan accepts independent couriers (with a business license) as well as established logistics agencies managing a fleet of vehicles.
What types of vehicles are accepted?
We accept motorcycles, standard cars, utility vans, and large commercial trucks. The app will assign packages suited to your registered vehicle's capacity.
How do cash-on-delivery (COD) payments work?
You collect cash from the buyer upon delivery. The app tracks your collected COD balance, which you will regularly deposit with Dokkan, minus your delivery commission.
